-To develop processes and fine tune existing processes and improvement the filling and purification of both electronic and specialty grade products on site such that output levels meet/exceed those budgeted by sales;
-Improvement laboratory & quality control testing of incoming, in-process and outgoing goods such that production levels are maintained, and quality targets are met;
-Develop with key staff, the methods employed to find the safest and most efficient routes to providing quality materials to the end user;
-To understand customer requirements and develop procedures to ensure customer is satisfied;
-Develop/design new processes with colleagues within the RBU to ensure that best operating practices (BOP) are followed on site wherever necessary;
-Develop SPC and SQC methods to ensure production, lab and QC processes are state of the art with a goal to implementing 6-sigma within the facility;
-Develop and train customers using hazardous materials to ensure no Linde products are involved in safety incidents;
-Back-up for SAP material master maintenance and SAP bill material maintenance and maintain specification;
-Solve problems at customer site;
-Develop recipes and bills of material (BOM) for new products;
-Write flam-ox recipes;
-Other tasks assigned by line manager.
