Roles and Accountabilities（岗位职责）

The Gas Power Market Manager is responsible for lead the gas power market team to make sure that the power bidding from our customers could fulfill our inventory restriction and respond to the senior gas volume manager.

气电市场经理主要管理气电市场团队，并确保用户在电力市场的竞价结果对用户提气的影响波动在公司的库存波动范围之内，并向高级气量经理直接汇报。

Principal Activities（主要工作）

? 建立相关金融监测模型，对中长期电量金融交易合同价格、量，日前现货和实时交易的价格、量趋势做好监管.

Build up financial model about the volume and price base on the long term electricity contract, daily trade and online deal.

? 与相关用户沟通，并对电力竞价市场可能存在的价格波动对用户提气的影响，并根据公司库存的情况进行适当的影响和引导，确保公司库存安全；

Communicate with relevant customers about the gas profile due to the power market price fluctuation, and make influence on their decision to keep the inventory safety.

? Provide the power bidding market document of hourly ,daily, monthly and yearly to gas dispatch team and gas plan team；

向气量计划组和调度组提供小时，日、月和年度的电力竞价市场研究报告

? Analyze the influence from our power customer hourly,daily, monthly and yearly offtake bidding result and make risk early warning to gas dispatch team and gas plan team.

分析小时、日、月度和年度电力竞价结果对用户小时、日、月和年度提气量的影响，并对气量调度组和计划组提出风险预警；

? Track the actual market of gas users, and reasonable predications of future martket demand

跟踪监控用户市场的情况，并对未来市场需求作出合理预测。

? Maintain tight and efficient communication with customers and relative government department

与用户和相关政府部门保持有效沟通。

? Analyze future commercial opportunities, and provide corresponding decision-making suggestions

为公司潜在的新商机进行分析，并建议相应决策。

? Ensure visitors you are responsible for sign-in at the front desk and provide them with a brief safety induction i.e., what to do in an emergency or if they need help.

负责自己的访客在办公室的安全事项，如前台登记、简短的安全介绍、在紧急状态下提供必要的协助等。

? Familiarity with power bidding market and power dispatch

Work Experience（工作经验）

? Good understanding of the LNG industry commercial text, power bidding market and power dispatch.

? University degree equivalent or above

本科毕业或以上
