. Requirements:
4.1 Bachelor degree in mechanical or equipment discipline;
4.2 Minimum 8 years experience in design and engineering management for chemical / industrial / commercial projects;
4.3 Be familiar with Chinese local codes, standards and specifications;
4.4 Be familiar with static and/or rotating equipment
4.5 Experiences in equipment calculation tools is preferred;
4.6 Be familiar with FAT/SAT acceptance tests of equipment;
4.7 Strong skills in Auto CAD and MS Office;
4.8 A good working knowledge of English;
4.9 Highly independent and proactive mentality;
4.10 Positive attitude and interpersonal skill;
5. Responsibilities (but not limited to):
5.1 Preparation of equipment datasheet, specification;
5.2 Preparation of conceptual design, basic design and detail design packages;
5.3 Monitor, supervision and review of detail engineering package prepared by Chinese Design Institutes;
5.4 Coordinating and supervising vendors;
5.5 Support of procurement activities; prepare for ITB technical documents, technical bid evaluation regarding to mechanical/equipment;
5.6 Field engineering support;
5.7 Support of cost estimation regarding to mechanical/equipment for total investment.
