2. 设计焊接工艺评定方案并编制计划
Establish the WPQT plan and schedule
3. 协调相关的部门依据计划完成焊接工艺评定试验工作
Arrange the related department to carry out the WPQT work in accordance with schedule
4. 编制并报批焊接试验建议、评定方案、WPS/PQR和程序等文件
Prepare and submit the proposal procedure, qualification plan, WPS/PQR and procedures for approval
5. 编制并提交施工指导文件
Prepare and issue the instruction for welding access hole of H-Shape, repair guidance, etc
6. 编制并提交技术澄清
Develop technical query to clarify the technical issue
7. 估算焊材用量并制定焊材计划
Calculate the amount of welding consumables and develop issuing plan
8. 焊接问题调查和建造技术支持
Investigate the root cause of failure and solve the technological problem of constructing
9. 编制焊缝图和机械加工图纸
Establish weld map drawings and sampling drawings of mechanical test
10. 协助焊接专业主管完成本专业的其他工作
Implement related issues that arranged by Welding Supervisor
任职要求：
1. 大学本科及以上, 工科专业，材料加工工程、材料科学与工程、材料学、机械工程、海洋工程或相关专业
2. 熟悉AWS D1.1、ASME IX/31.3、API1104和DNV OS F101等焊接标准
3. 3年及以上相关工作经验，较强的技术能力，良好的交流沟通能力，英语能力满足工作要求
