1. Product management:to keep product competitiveness by initiating and leading related activities eg. new product launch, product repositioning, existing product improvement, product specification updates, product phasing-out etc.
2. Secure successful product launches:to assist product manager to drive new product launch by creating phase/gate documents, implementing launch plans and working closely with key stakeholders eg. R&D, sales, marketing, supplying chain and QA etc.
3. Support sales and business development activities:to achieve the new product sales objectives by working closely with sales &marketing team to execute go-to-market strategies and provide value selling tools, product literatures and presentations etc.
4. Product Information Management:Be responsible for the PIM implementation in China.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above. Major in Business, Marketing or Polymer chemistry-related field;
2. At least 5 years working experience in chemical product sales, marketing and product technology, preferably in product management;
3. Technical marketing skills, relevant product and industrial knowledge;
4. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
5. Experience with relevant software applications;
6. Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing plans;
7. Fluent English in both of written and spoken English.
