任职要求：

岗位职责：
• Responsible for preparation activities before container cleaning including handover confirmation, residue drainage and pre-check for equipment and circumstance status, etc. .
负责罐箱清洗前的准备工作包括但不限于交接确认、残液导出和清洗设备以及工作环境状态的检查
• Responsible for performing all container cleaning steps based defined cleaning program, e.g. HP water flushing, detergent cleaning, nitrogen displacement and drying, etc.
负责执行罐箱清洗程序中的定义的所有清洗步骤，比如高压水冲洗、清洗剂清洗、氮气置换和干燥等
• Comprehensively inspect cleaned container interior and exterior cleanness as well as tightness test in line with required criteria.
按照标准对清洗后的罐箱进行全面的内外部清洁检查和气密性检查
• Nitrogen blanket for cleaned and qualified containers if necessary.
按需对清洁后和检查合格后的罐箱进行充氮保护
• Maintain and replacement tank container accessories, e,g. gasket displacement .
维修和更换罐箱配件如垫片
• Coordinate with control room officer for downstream wastewater and off-gas treatment
配合中控室操作员进行后端废水废气处理
• Monitor and patrol for utility, firefighting facilities and cleaning auxiliaries to ensure stable and safe running
进行公用工程, 消防设施和清洗辅助设备的巡检，确保清洗站稳定和安全运营
• To make technical safety confirmation before maintenance or inspection and implement safety measure.
在维修或检查前进行技术安全确认，并实施安全措施
• Engage in commissioning activities of equipment and container cleaning.
参与设备和罐箱清洗的调试工作
• Dispose and report any abnormal condition or incident on shift.
在过程中遇到问题的情况下进行故障排除及异常处置，有异常情况及时汇报
• Identify problem and develop improvement initiatives to support operational performance improvement in terms of cost, service level and efficiency.
发现问题和解决问题，支持在成本，服务和效率方面的运营优化改进
• Active contribution to EHS-objectives and adherence to all relevant agreements regarding Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.
积极对EHS目标作出贡献，遵守质量、安全、健康和环境相关要求
• Participate training activities of operation technology to expand the professional knowledge, improve operational skills
参加操作技术等培训，拓展的专业知识，提升操作技能
• Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.

任职要求：
 Minimum 2 years work experience related to container or tank truck cleaning/maintenance in chemical logistics company or container depot
在化工物流或者集装箱堆场行业内至少两年槽罐车或者罐箱清洗、检维修工作经验
 Excellent experienced 1st line operator who works with DG chemical truck loading and unloading operation and is willing to try for container cleaning operation
拥有丰富的危化品槽罐车装卸作业现场操作经验，并愿意尝试转行罐箱清洗的优秀化工从业者。

• Technologies in the field of work: general knowledge of container incl. box container and tank container, dangerous goods definition and category, typical chemical hazard and protective measures, practical work skills with chemical production like residue collection, hose connection, valve handling, etc.
技术能力：掌握基本概念关于厢式集装箱和罐式集装箱的结构和特征,危险货物的定义和类别，典型化学品危害以及相关防护措施，具备化工生产操作技能为加分项，包括残液收集、接管操作、阀门操作等。
 Reliable and independent: Assurance of EHS, quality, cost, and reliability as well as TDS regulation and code of conduct
可靠独立：保证现场物流操作符合EHS、质量、成本和可靠性，符合运输分销安全法律法规要求和企业行为准则。
 Problem solving: The employee requires basic problem-solving capabilities to be able to take actions in case of incidents and unplanned incidents.
问题解决：具备基本的问题解决能力，以便在发生事故和意外事件时能够及时采取行动。
 Communication: Basic communication capabilities for the interaction with external and internal interfaces like OST driver and planners.

Processes: The employees know all possibly ongoing processes within the cleaning, inspection and maintenance to take adequate and comprehensive action in case of an incident.

 Technologies in the field of work: Possess basic learning ability, good learning willingness, and strong execution ability. For the execution of semi-automated and/or manual tasks in combination with the concurrence of different automatization technologies.
