- Provide technical/technological expertise support in the daily operations

- Role as Operation Asset Expert in ALPS, Ensure quality and completeness of AUM/PEM data.
- Role as PGR and ad-hoc RCPS process owner to drive continuous improvement.
- Involving with process engineer to do modification and new projects to improve operability, technical performance , energy efficiency, process safety, equipment reliability to keep plant running at high performance,
- As Training program facilitator in production team
- Back up of production manager.
· Have >5Y relevant working experience in the chemical industry.
· Fluent English communication both in oral and written
· Preferable chemical process background and DCS knowledge.
· Good communication skill& interpersonal skill
· Should possess proven working knowledge regarding QHSE issues, he/she should be team player, self-starter, result oriented, quality committed, and proactive. Furthermore, strong work ethic, good organizational skills, set priorities and use time effectively to accomplish tasks, and basic computer skills.
· Knowledge regarding both ERP (SAP) and MES systems are advantageous
Preferable L6sixgam experience.
