Responsibilities:
岗位职责:
1.Develop and grow the new technology/ catalyst market in China;
在中国开发和拓展新工艺技术和催化剂的市场;

2.Responsible for collecting new technology information of the related business in China Market;

负责收集中国市场的相关业务领域的新技术信息;

3.Identify new business trends, Monitor product information and strategy needs and customers’

requirements;
分析新业务动向,跟踪产品信息,市场需求和客户要求;
4.Provide precise competitive analysis and projection report;
提供准确的竞争形势分析和预测报告;
5.Provide inputs / learning from relative report and analysis to benefit on-going or future strategic planning and negotiation;
对有关报告和分析做出评论和吸收,以利于战略规划和谈判策略的调整和改进;
6.Optimize to formulate specific industry strategies and plans;
提出和优化具体行业的市场战略和规划;
7.Develop strategic thinking on how to best approach Chinese engineering institutes and all other related designing and research universities and government agencies;
制定与中国相关设计院及其他涉及设计和研究的大学和政府部门的最优秀的接触和合作方式的战略思路;
8.Visit potential customers and keep regular contacts with customers at all levels from seniormanagers to operational staff;
拜访潜在客户并与客户的不同级别人员建立并保持密切联系;
9.Share European experience and build partnership with Chinese organizations on New Technology
和中国的相关机构就新技术方面分享欧洲的经验并建立合作伙伴关系;
10.Coordinate and facilitate business activities with support from head office in Europe;
在欧洲总部的支持下协调和推动业务活动;
11.Report to the Department Head and General Manager of China branch.
向中国分公司的部门领导和分管领导汇报。

Qualification:
任职资格:
1.Tertiary education in chemical engineering/environmental engineering. Post graduate in Business Administration or Marketing will be an advantage;
具有化工工程/环境工程的高等教育背景,如也有商务管理或市场开发方面的教育经历更佳;
2.Proven track record of sales/business development in China. Prior working experience and having established contacts in stated owned chemistry industry in China will be advantageous;
具有在中国的销售/业务拓展方面的良好业绩,和中国国有化工企业有过合作经验并建立良好关系的优先考虑;
3.At least 5 years working experience preferred;
至少5年以上工作经验;
4.Independent and able to motivate, grow as a team member in China. Results-oriented;
独立和主动性强,和中国的团队一起成长,注重工作成效;
5.Good sales and relationship building skills;
良好的销售和关系建立技巧;
6.A good team player;  
良好的团队合作意识;
7.Bachelor degree or above,Fluency in both English and Chinese;
本科以上学历,中英文熟练。
