1.Supervise the production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
管理生产线的操作，使之符合工厂的政策和程序。
2.Smoothly ensure the production operation of the powder lines.
保证整个粉末车间的正常生产。
3.Provide leadership and management of the powder production team.
管理好自己在班时的生产团队。
4.Ensure the safety in the workshops.
确保在岗时每个工人的安全。
5.Arrange the start up and stop of the production according to the production planning.
根据生产计划安排生产的启动和停止。
6.give advice for catalysis conditions and drying conditions according result from laboratory.
根据实验室结果给出催化条件和干燥条件的建议。
任职资格：
1.education: chemical fields
化工相关专业。
2.experience: at least 2 years supervisor experiences
2年及以上主管工作经验。
3.communication very well; strong responsibilities；strong management skills
沟通能力强；工作责任心强；管理水平良好。
