职位介绍：
The WFP process and development of Construction Work Packages (CWP) is based on the path of construction, and the Engineering Work Packages (EWP). Construction Work Packages are sub-divided into smaller, crew manageable Module Installed Work Packages (MIWP). MIWP contains all necessary information, tools and equipment required to complete the task, each crew can complete their work on time without delays. The reduction in delay time results in a significant improvement in Craft and overall project performance. The WFP process is used to direct the efforts of site contractors at the construction site (Workface)
Develop IWP templates which may include but is not limited to detailed scope of work, drawings, material lists, specialty equipment requirements, safety requirements and Quality Control requirement
Develop and update the Installation Work Package Release Plan.
Manage coordination with Project Schedule, Material Control and other functions
Provide work package production status reports to project management for inclusion in weekly and monthly progress reports. IWP production status reports will include numbers of planned, actual, scheduled and completed packages by discipline and in total.
Provide functional management to the Workface Coordinator and Workface Planners
Organize and coordinate the training for the Workface Planning organization, project supervision and craft
