Application Engineer
Application Engineer will provide products tech support to sales and distributors as well as product & operational support to customers;
Main
Task:
1. Achieve the service target as company requires;
Work
closely with sales engineer on technology issues and contribute to the sales
goals;
2. Establish and maintain a good long term partner relationship with the
existing and potential customers.
3. Provide professional technical supports including products introduction and
new products promotion ,technical seminar, parameter recommendation,
trouble-shooting; quick response to complaints and quality problems.
4. Provide on-spot technical service and trouble-shooting solving for the existing customers to meet customers' expectation; like, measurement, layout of anti-corrosive piping lines and in-site installation adjustments
5.
Collecting relevant technical and market information and feedback to company in
time.
Qualification:
1. College degree or above on mechanical engineering / chem. / material related
major;
2. 2+
years relevant technical support experience in anti-corrosive piping line or
relevant work experience in Engineering Company as piping Engineer is an
advantage;
3.
Good presentation and communication skills, team work spirit; have strong
interest in learning new things and willing to face challenge with industrial
customers.
4. Good computer skills, such as Microsoft office, AutoCAD, Excel, PPT etc.
5. Self-motivated, hard work, good planning ability and can travel frequently,
target-oriented and good service attitude
6. Good English writing and reading skill, basic speaking and listening skill
is preferred;

4.提供现场技术服务，帮助客户解决问题，例如，防腐管线测量、布置与现场安装调试等的
5.搜集相关技术及市场信息并及时反馈回公司；
要求:
1.专科以上学历，机械工程，化工或者材料及相关理工专业优先；
2.2年以上防腐工业产品/管线领域工作经验或工程公司/设计院管线工程师工作经验
3.具有良好的沟通能力和服务技巧及团队合作精神;
须有直接面对工业客户的能力或经验.
4.熟练使用电脑及办公软件；
5.能吃苦耐劳及和压力承受能力，能适应经常出差；工作积极主动，计划性强；强烈的客户服务意识
6.需要有良好的英语读写能力和基本的听说能力.
