岗位职责：
1.Contract Review: To support business units in the contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, review of the various types of business and commercial contracts.
2.Assist in the development, implementation, review and revision of legal and compliance policies, regulation and procedures in China level to be in line with Group legal and compliance strategies, policies and requirements.
3.Assist the Group Compliance and Regional Legal Compliance Officer to ensure the company’s compliance with the various legal and compliance policies, regulation and procedures
4.Render legal advice to all functions in the company with respect to legal and compliance issues in business activities,
5.Manage the evaluate the appointment and selection of external legal counsel.
6.Cooperate with the external legal counsel in Litigation/Arbitration/Dispute Resolution, including initiate, defend and settle of claims; monitor procedures and progress of court and arbitration proceedings to ensure the company’s rights are protected.
7.Update the company on P.R.C laws and regulations survey in order to provide safe guard the company and Sulzer Group’s interest.
8.Assist line manager in implementation of company and legal department strategy and other affairs assigned.
9.Promote awareness of of rules, regulations and industry guidelines through the provision of legal and compliance trainings to different functions within the company.
岗位要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
2.Seven to ten years of legal and/or compliance experience.
3.Good knownledge of P.R.C Contract Law, Labor Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law and related laws and regulations.
4.Previous experience with Law firm and/or legal department of a multinational corporation is preferred.
5.In depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (in areas of procurement, internal investigation) will be an advantage. 6.Good communication skills and quick learning.
7.Teamwork spirit, take responsibility and initiative and ability to work under pressure.
8.Good command of oral and written English.
9.Good knowledge of Microsoft office.
