Principle Accountabilities:
1) Customer quality management
Involve in the OEM customer audit implementation and follow up
Lead and involve in customer complaint / internal incident / near miss handling process
2) Continuous quality improvement (QIP, RCFA...)
Take lead of process audit system implementation
Involve in QIP process
Follow up root cause failure analysis and corrective action
Involve in site quality culture promotion
3) Quality system improvement for LV biz
Engage quality system and processes improvement
Involve in internal & external quality system audit and quality events
Skill and Knowledge Required:
University graduation, Chemical Bachelor preferred
At least 5 years’ experience in ISO9001 QMS, TS16949 with knowledge of Quality Tools, FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP preferred
At least 2 years’ experience in automotive OEM business, Coating experience is preferred.
Rich experience in root cause failure analyses
Good Communication skill, writing & speaking in Mandarin & English
Good Computer, network & Software Skill, Microsoft Office
Data Analytical skill, Six Sigma GB/BB preferred
