Purpose of the position:
Ensure product delivered compliance with legal requirement and customer expectation.
To align the quality and service compliance between customer/LLH internal/vendor.
To manage ESG product related customer complaint

Align quality requirement and practice with customer/LLH/vendor.
Responsible for ESG customer complaint issue, include 8D report, auditing, investigating quality issues..
Set requirements of raw material and trading products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
Bring the best practice from Taiwan to China
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Coordinate ESG cross department quality topic discussion and investigation
Compile and update the MSDS and CSL according to regulation
Actively participate in quality meetings with the manufacturing team
What makes you great:
Bachelor degree and above
Must have at least 5 years’ experience with electronics specialty gas industry.
Familiar with gas manufacture process and quality management.
Expertise in quality related processes, systems and tools
