• Assist scientist on R&D projects and other technology activities in the lab.
• Conduct related tests independently and efficiently, and deliver the results with high quality.
• Be responsible for equipment operation and maintenance, with following operation discipline of APTC.
• Drive continuous improvement on lab safety and operation efficiency.
• Other work in lab, e.g. raw materials qualification and purchasing, etc.

Qualifications:
• College or Bachelor degree in polymer science or related, with more than one year working experience in lab. Resin cooking experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills in Chinese; Good English reading and writing skills.
• Highly motivated and good team player. Willing to work in the lab.
• Good EHS sense.
• Work under pressure and independently.
