— Develop and acquire new customers to achieve sales and operating profit targets for South China Region.
— Effective execution of South China region sales strategies - product and services, pricing, brand positioning
— Maintain and manage strong customer relationship with existing customers
— Developing new business leads; establishing multi-level relationships with multi stakeholders within target customers to understand their needs with the aim to develop and secure new customers/ accounts.
— Build the Linde brand through successful implementation of various value adding, innovative programme and effective communication.
— Participate in budgetary forecasts and sales volume targets.
— Manage coordination between various internal functions and customers relating to deliveries, ordering issues, customer service, etc) to ensure that a high level of service delivery that exceeds customer expectations. Also, work with relevant internal parties to promptly resolves customer complaints
— Work directly with Business Development function to continuously develop new products and services that would deliver longer term growth to the business.
