Reports to Technical Manager
Location: Qinzhou, Guangxi China 工作地点：广西钦州市
Key responsibilities:
1. Integrate and co-ordinate with the design institutes and contractors from conception phase to the completion of the project with regard to electrical works.
从方案设计到项目完工阶段，与设计院及承包商进行有关电气方面的整合与协调工作。
2. Assist in preparing, developing and implementing of the electrical system design and , including HV&LV power distribution system, motor control system, generator system, and fire fighting system, etc.
协助编写、开发和执行电气系统及仪器设计，协助仪器工程师工作，包括高压/低压配电系统、发动机控制系统、发电机系统、 消防系统等。
3. Assist in preparation of basic conceptual design, P&I diagrams.
协助编制基础概念设计及P&I图表。
4. Prepare and review design specification, drawings and procurement requisition relating to electrical works for onshore and offshore facilities.
制定与审核设计规格、图纸，及有关陆地和近海设施电气工程方面的购买与征用。
5. Site planning, co-ordination, supervision and inspection of electrical works. Monitor of work progress and also to ensure good quality of the design and construction of the project that comply with the required standards.
负责场地规划，协调、监督和检查相关电气工程。监察工作进展，并确保项目设计与建造达到规定标准的优良品质。
6. Ensure SHE compliance during design and construction phase and participating in desk-top and Hazop reviews.
确保设计与施工阶段，安全、健康、环保符合要求，并参与风险评估。
7. Coordinate with relating parties and assist in submitting weekly, monthly and quarterly project highlights to Project department manager.
配合相关部门工作，协助提交给项目部经理每周、每月、每季度项目报告。
8. Update the related electrical specification based on terminal requirement and vendor electrical list.
根据终端要求及供应商电气清单，更新相关电气规范。
9. Assist in preparing quotations with Costing Engineer to support the commercial activities.
协助成本工程师准备报价，以支持商业活动。
10. Assist to liaise with various local statutory departments in obtaining engineering, construction and operation permits for the project.
协助联络各地方政府的法定部门，以获取项目工程设计、建造及操作许可。
11. With regard to the contractor selection, give necessary recommendation to the project manager
关于承建商的选择，给予项目部经理必要的建议。
12. Assist in preparation of tendering documents as and what needed.
协助准备招标文件及相关所需材料。
13. Progressively follow up with as built documents & drawings hand-over all through the project execution, especially for the testing report at the commissioning stage.
在项目执行过程中，逐步跟进建造材料与图纸的移交，尤其在调试阶段的测试报告。
14. Follow up closely with the market change to obtain the relatively actual material price in time.
密切跟进市场变化，及时获取相关材料的实际价格。
15. To finish the task assigned by Company management.
完成公司领导交办的其他工作。
Job requirements:
Major in Electrical or Instrument or relevant engineering.电气、仪器或相关工程专业。5+ years related experience in Chemical industry or Petrochemical industry, especially in Terminal field.5年以上化工或石油化工行业相关工作经验，尤其是在罐区。Familiar with relevant domestic/international standards.熟悉相关的国内/国际标准。Good verbal and written communication skill, both in English and Mandarin is preferred.具有良好的英语及普通话口头及书面沟通能力优先。Skilled in office PC application programs, especially in Auto-cad.熟练掌握办公电脑应用程序，尤其是CAD。Capable of independently analysis, handle problems; knowledge of IEC & NEC standard.能够独立进行分析、处理问题；熟悉IEC 与 NEC标准。Hardworking and able to work under pressure.勤劳，能够在压力下工作。
