职位描述

岗位职责：
1. In charge of the management of the lab employees.全面管理实验室员工
2. In charge of the usage, maintenance and calibration of the lab equipment.全面负责实验室设备的使用、维护和校验
3. Make sure the test related documents are well established and maintained.建立健全实验室文件管理体系
4. Make sure all the tests are well performed and recorded accordingly.确保所有实验良好实施并做好相应记录
5. Coordinate the tests with the external test centers for the tests can not be done by MAXAM lab.必要时，能够协调外部实验室组织安排实验
6. In charge of the 5S and safety and environment issues of the lab负责实验室的5S及环境维护
7. Other works arranged by the Q&E manager.完成上级领导安排的其他工作
