Principle Accountabilities:
Upgrade the current internal training system to deliver more robust, effective and consistent training system to meet the REF&OEM business growth
Upgrade the training metrics for all posts
Implement the hand-on trainings to shop floor operators
Coordinate and support the M&U, lab, Milkrun and warehouse to implement the effective training
Work out and implement the re-certification trainings to the first line operators
Organize the trouble shooting workshop to critical posts and critical people
Work with shift leaders to identify the training needs to improve the productivity
Work closely with the LV clear coat project team in a support of ensuring a smooth and quality transition to REF&OEM production.
Retain the training records and analyze the data for improvement opportunite
Skill and Knowledge Required:
College degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
5 years or above experience in production function in chemical industry.
Experience in Multi-national companies or coating industry is preferred.
Motivated attitude with solid supervising and people developing skills.
Good command of communication skill.
