1.每周组织生产装置维修计划例会，了解装置的维修需求和紧急程度，检查可执行工单，每周五前编制维修周检修计划
Organize weekly maintenance planning meeting with operation, understand maintenance demand and emergency
level of the notification, check executable work order, prepare weekly maintenance plan before every Friday
2.了解年度或计划停工检修内容，编制停工检修计划，跟踪关闭工单
Understand annual or planned shutdown maintenance plan and request, prepare shutdown maintenance plan, follow
up closing work order
3.跟踪材料到货状态，识别可执行工单，打印分发计划工单，回收完成的工单，并归档
Track material arrival status, identify executable work orders, print and distribute planned work orders, collect and file
completed work orders
4.每月统计工单完成率，紧急工单比率和完成率，发现工单完成率的影响因素，改善提高工单完成率
Monthly statistics work order completion rate, emergency work order rate and completion rate, find out the
influencing factors of work order completion rate, and improve work order completion rate
5.编制大项目计划，跟踪催促项目按照计划完成
Prepare the big project schedule, follow up and urge the project to finish according to the plan
6.跟踪年度维修PM计划，协调按时计划和完成，跟踪维修强制检验计划，提醒督促落实
Follow up the annual maintenance PM plan, coordinate the timely planning and completion, follow up the
maintenance mandatory inspection plan, remind and supervise the implementation
7.跟踪安全工单、紧急工单、长期工单，及时安排和追踪执行
Follow up safety work order, high priority work order and long-term work order, arrange and follow up timely
8.负责维修文档管理，定期检查维修各类记录的符合性，督促按照ISO要求完善和提高
Responsible for maintenance document management, regularly check the compliance of maintenance records,
supervise and urge to improve according to ISO requirements
9.填写每日维修日报，统计各类承包商每天维修、辅工及项目人头数，大修时期各承包商的工种及人头数
Fill in daily maintenance report, and count the number of maintenance, auxiliary work and project personnel of
various contractors, as well as the types of work and personnel of each contractor during the overhaul period
Who we are looking for:
1.大专学历或以上，化工仪表专业 College degree or above, major in chemical instrumentation
2. 3年维修计划相关工作经验，优秀应届生亦可 3 years' experience in chemical instrument management，or excellent new graduates
3.基本的中英文沟通能力 Good communication skills in English and Chinese
4.熟练掌握办公软件 Proficiency in Microsoft office
5.良好的问题解决能力，吃苦耐劳 Good problem-solving ability, hardworking
