Job Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls as receptionist
前台接听来电
Handle administrative work, such as: vehicles arrangement, purchase of stationeries, flight & hotel booking, receiving and distributing courier package, daily attendance checking, update phone list, meeting room reservation, business card & company stamp application etc.
处理行政工作,如:车辆安排、文具采购、航班酒店预订、快递寄发、日常考勤、更新通讯录、会议室预定、名片及公司印章申请等。
Responsible for office equipment purchase and maintenance, fixed assets management, ensure all office equipment is under good condition
负责办公设备的采购和维护,固定资产的管理,确保所有办公设备处于良好状态
Manage plant greening and cleaning through third-party, keep office clean
管理第三方的绿化保养和清洁工作, 保持办公室环境整洁
Assist in organizing company events
协助组织公司活动
Requirements:
Vocational school or above with good command of English
中专以上学历,有一定的英语基础
Supportive and good at communication
良好的沟通协调能力
Familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook operations
熟练运用办公软件及Outlook
