· Manage shift team to operate according to production SOP
管理倒班组按生产SOP操作;
· Train the operator about the process and the operation regularly
对操作人员进行相关程序和操作规则的培训;
· Keep ground and equipment’s clean and tidy
保持地面和设备的干净整洁;
· Initiating the measures against process disorder, product quality problem, technical malfunction or any other irregular occurrence. On-shift trouble-shooting
率先处理轮班时所遇到的技术程序故障，产品质量问题或任何不合规问题;
· Responsible for checking in-house inventory and coordinating raw material logistics
负责检查库存和协调原料物流;
· Completing shift book and ensuring smooth plant handover to the successor shift
完成轮值记录，确保与接班同事顺利交接;
· Take in charge of the whole plant during non-daily working hours
负责全厂在非日常工作时间的运作;
Co-ordination of communication between lab and production shift与实验室和生产倒班组做好沟通协调;
Good communication with day team, maintenance and warehouse, and treat the problem together与白班组,维修组和仓库保持良好的沟通，共同解决问题;
