职位描述

岗位职责：
Main responsibility:
1. 熟悉整个采购工序，其中包括采购、监督、检验、物流控制等。
Be familiar with full procurement process flow including, purchasing, expediting, inspection, logistics control etc.
2. 具备在工程设计、采购和施工之间采购界面协调的知识和能力
Have knowledge in procurement interface coordination between engineering, procurement and construction
3. 训练有素的设备、材料及设备供应商资源，尤其是仪表、电器或分包。
Well knowledge of equipment/material/service suppliers resources, especially in Instrument & Electrics or Subcontracting
4.了解采购要求和条件
Understanding purchase terms and conditions
5. 具备询价、评标、货物监督（催促）、检验控制、物流、现场材料控制等经验。
Experienced on inquiry, bid evaluation, expediting, inspection management, logistics, site material control etc.
6.具备国际工程体系、EPC和EPCM操作实践经验
Worked in international engineering system, EPC / EPCM operation practice

任职资格：
Requirement:
1.本科及以上学历Bachelor　degree or equivalent
2.具备5年以上化工、石化和/或医药（工程，施工）行业工作经验；若有电仪采购或采购分包经验者优先。
At least 5 years industry experience in Chemical, Petrochemical and/or Pharmaceutical (Engineering, Construction) ;purchasing experience in Instrument & Electrics or Subcontracting is a plus.
3.具采购主管经验者优先Perform project as a procurement supervisor is a plus
4.专业技术背景Technical background.
5.精通贸易学Excellent at trading knowledge.
6.具有团队精神Team player.
7.英语口语及写作熟练Good command of English both in oral and written.
