Responsibilities:
1. Develop, manage and ensure realization of sales for the assigned accounts
2. Achieve annual sales results and business growth versus an annual plan from the established customer base
3. Define opportunities for new business as part of detailed account planning and sales forecasting
4. Establish and build senior-level relationships with key decision makers and Buyers
5. Understand and assess customers’ needs, business objectives, strategies and build compelling customer value propositions representing our portfolio
6. Serve as a lead contracts negotiator on commercial terms
7. Serve as the customer ambassador, trusted advisor and advocate into the AkzoNobel organization
8. Leverage the AkzoNobel organization and team(s) to serve customers in the best way possible
9. Serve as the central resource for communications with the customer on new product developments in the AkzoNobel portfolio
10. Provide insights regarding quantative and qualitative developments by periodical and ad hoc reports and/or analyses
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree majored in Chemistry or related discipline;
2. five years or above specialty chemical industry sales experience preferred;
3. Construction, coatings and catalyst industry knowledge;
4. Business development experience will be a plus;
5. Good oral and written English;
6. Soft skills: self-driven, result-oriented
