1.Develop, validate and document analytical methods use different kinds of equipments (GC, EDXRF, …) and quality tools to ensure reliability and accuracy of analytical results;
针对不同种类的检测设备（GC，EDXRF，...）与质量工具对检测和验证方法进行开发, 以确保分析结果的可靠性和准确性;
2.Perform routine or non-routine laboratory chemical analysis involving sample preparation, instrument operation, data analysis and results reporting;
进行常规或非常规的实验室化学分析，涉及样品准备，仪器操作，数据分析和结果报告;
3.Maintain files and records, and analyze data, and produce reports base on the requirement of ISO 17025;
按ISO17025的要求归档,记录,分析数据及准备报表;
4.Manage laboratory equipment (troubleshooting, conducting preventative maintenance, repairing) and conduct yearly calibration plan, keep lab equipment in right order;
管理实验室设备（故障排除，进行预防性保養，维修），并每年进行校准计划，确保实验室设备有序;
5.Conduct analytical research, solve problems, and provide consultation to support new product / process development;
开展分析研究，解决问题，并提供咨询，以支持新产品/工艺开发;
6.Carry out internal audit according to ISO17025 management system;
根据ISO17025管理体系开展内部审计工作;
7.Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.

岗位要求：
1. Experience: Minimum 2 years work experience in analytical chemistry laboratory, especially real experiences in modern analysis instruments (EDXRF, GC-ECD, ICP Spectrometry, Microwave Digestor, TCLP, Karl-Fisher, Titrator or Calorimetric etc). ;
2年以上在分析化学实验室工作经验，尤其具备现代分析仪器（EDXRF，GC-ECD，ICP光谱，微波消减仪，TCLP，卡尔 - 费舍尔，滴定仪或量热等）的实操经历;
2.Professional Qualifications/Training: Experienced in Chemical lab management training preferred;
曾接受化学实验室管理培训者优先;
3.Excellent skills in: Good at Microsoft office (Excel & Word);
擅长使用办公软件（Excel＆Word）;
4.Average skills in: Good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神;
5.Others: Can work under pressure and prefer challenging work;
能在压力下工作，愿意接受挑战工作
6. College or above.
