? Responsible for establishing a complete data system of standard costing;
负责建立完整的标准成本数据模型;
? Prepare accounting proposal on cost control and provide with follow up action plan;
提供会计成本控制方面的建议，并提供后续行动计划;
? Prepare internal accounting reporting (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and production cost budgeting;
准备内部财务报告（月度，季度，年度）及生产成本预算;
? Responsible for assets management (including the Fixed Assets and Inventory), accordingly to company’s policies of Fixed Assets and Inventory, organizing regular physical count on assets;
负责资产管理（包括固定资产和库存），根据公司的固定资产和存货政策，定期组织资产盘点;
? Supervise and double check accounting entries related sales and costing and in charge of monthly closing;
监督并仔细检查销售和成本相关的会计入账，并负责每月结账;
? Improve and develop function of ERP (purchase-accounting-sales);
改善和开发ERP的功能（采购-财务-销售）;
? Assist on finishing annual auditing, annual financial completion, annual inspector, annual tax clearance and assessment;
协助完成上年度内外审计,年度财务结算,年度所得税汇算清缴及评估;
? Perform other tasks as assigned by the department manager.
执行由部门经理指派的其他任务.
岗位要求
Education: Bachelor degree holder, majoring in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
本科学历，主修会计，财务或相关专业;
Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant cost accounting experience in manufacturing industries, CICPA holder preferred
至少3年相关的会计成本经验，中国注册会计师协会持有人或候选人优先;
Excellent skills in: maintenance of costing system; computer skills, especially for Microsoft office and Kingdee
熟练掌握成本核算系统，电脑技能，熟练运用各类办公软件及金蝶系统；
Average skills in: ERP or SAP system is preferred
熟悉ERP及SAP系统者优先；
General knowledge: production management and stock management
熟悉生产管理及库存管理；
Others: high level of maturity and integrity, can work under pressure
成熟并具有较高的诚信，能在压力下工作;
