?Manage employees’ documents files.

?Arranging insurance according to company’s policy including information/documents collection.

? Assist to compile company training policy and follow up the implementation of training plan.
协助人事主管安排员工培训等
? Be in charge of daily attendance and related statistics check and analysis.
每日考勤纪律以及数据分析等
? Arrange on board/leaving/annual health check together with QHSE.
和安全经理安排入职体检和年度体检等
? Working corporately in people engagement and culture rerated events/activities.
组织公司相关活动等
? Related HR forms, reports.
书写相关HR报告等
岗位要求:
Education: College and above
大学或以上学历
Experience: At least 2 years’ relative experience especially in recruitment; manufactory working experience is a plus
2年以上招聘经验,有制造业经验优先;
Excellent skills in: Good communication & interpersonal skills
有一定的英文沟通能力
Average skills in: Microsoft Office, e.g. Word and Excel
熟练使用办公软件
General knowledge: HR related laws and regulations
熟悉人事法律法规
Others: Self-motivate, can work under pressure
