1.Develop, validate analytical methods using different kinds of equipments (GC, EDXRF…) and quality tools to ensure reliability and accuracy of analytical results.

2.Maintain files and records, and analyze data, and produce reports according to the requirement of ISO 17025.
根据国际标准化组织ISO 17025的要求维护文件和记录，并分析数据。
3. Manage laboratory equipment (troubleshooting, conducting preventive maintenance, and repairing) and conduct yearly calibration plan, keep lab equipment in normal operation.
管理实验室设备（排除故障，进行预防性维护，维修），并进行年度校准计划，以保证实验室设备的正常运行。
4.Conduct analytical research, solve problems, and provide consultation to support new product / process development.
进行分析研究，解决问题，为新产品/工艺开发提供咨询。
5.Carry out internal audit according to ISO17025 management system.
根据ISO17025管理体系开展内部审计。
6.Develop new waste analysis method.
开发新的废料分析方法。
7.Assist lab superintendent on training to technician.
协助实验室主管对技术员进行培训。
8.Other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
完成上级交办的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1.Education: Bachelor degree for chemistry or relative.
化学或相关专业本科以上学历
2.Experience: Minimum 3 years work experience in analytical chemistry laboratory, especially real experiences in modern analysis instruments (EDXRF, GC-ECD, ICP Spectrometry, Microwave Digestor, TCLP, Karl-Fisher, Titrator or Calorimetric etc). Abundant knowledge and experiences of sample preparation is a must.
3年以上分析化学实验室工作经验，特别是具备现代分析仪器的实际经验（EDXRF，GC-ECD，ICP光谱法，微波消解器，TCLP，卡尔-费舍尔，滴定仪、热分析等）。必须具备丰富的样品制备知识和经验。
3.Professional Qualifications/Training: Chemical lab management training preferred.
接受过化学实验室管理培训者优先
4.Language: Good English reading and writing skill.
良好的英语读写能力
5.Excellent skills in: Microsoft office.
熟练使用办公软件。
