1.Communicate between customer and operation team for waste treatment schedule; Arrange logistic company on waste transportation issues.
与客户及运营团队就废料处理时间表进行沟通，安排物流公司的废料运输。
2.Define waste reception schedule, Coordinate and follow up the development schedule;
制定废料的接收时间表, 协调和跟进废料的接收进度;
3.Ensure NTSITA’ dedicated vehicles and equipments repair and maintenance system, coordinate vehicle maintenance and waste transport;
确保南通升达专用车辆和设备的维修和保养，协调车辆维护和废料运输
4.Organize transport request for quotation (from all transportation companies) and paperwork, exactly fill in related document (5-copy hazardous waste transfer form), prepare required certification, remind drivers of attention items, collect transport document, and file the document;
组织所有运输公司对运输需求进行报价，填写相关文档（危险废料转移五联单），准备所需的证书，提醒司机相关注意事项，收集运输单据和文件归档;
5.Work out the statistics report form about transport quantity, mileage, overtime work of the staff and calculate the related cost;
做好有关的运输数量，行驶里程和加班的统计报表。计算相关成本。
6.Make the attendance report and violation record of the staff;
做好员工的考勤报告和违章记录；
7.Timely complete other related task assigned in relation with customer services;
及时完成其他相关的客服工作；
8.Communicate with the customers both in Nantong and out of Nantong, update waste treatment status, keep the expectation, handles issues, new requests, understand needs and requirements
负责与南通內外的客户沟通，更新废料处理报告，处理事务，了解和满足客户的最新需求;
9.Contact logistic suppliers and check waste transportation situation, Supervise driver’s compliance with national traffic regulation; ensure that the operation of driver is in conformity with NT SITA HSE standard.
联系物流供应商并检查废料运输情况，督促驾驶员遵守国家交通法规; 监督司机遵守国家交通法规；确保驾驶员的操作符合南通升达的HSE标准。
10.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

岗位要求：
1.Education: Bachelor degree with major in logistics or supply chain
物流或供应链专业本科学历
2.Experience: At least 3 years experience in supply chain / logistics, Additional knowledge in chemistry would an advantage
至少3年供应链/物流经验，有化学知识者优先；
3.Excellent skills in: Business analysis, communication and Microsoft Office e.g. Word and Excel
熟悉业务分析，沟通和办公软件，如Word和Excel
4.General knowledge: transportation regulations, in particular for dangerous and toxic goods
熟悉交通法规尤其是危险品和有毒物品的运输规定。
5.Others: Good ability for organizing and planning; Honest, amiable, team player, and hardworking, well organized and loyal
