Purpose of the position
To increase capability and ensure TMM service level are achieved on site
Principal responsibilities
1. Adopt a strong disciplined approach to safety, proactive change management, head account management, inventory management, process adherence, training and quality methods
2. Ensure efficient, productive and effective management of onsite operation activities will provide the Fab with material required when it requires
3. People Leadership (Target setting and controlling, Performance and Competency Appraisal, Feedback and Recognition, People Placement Planning, People Development, etc.);
4. Develop and maintain a healthy working relationship with all relevant TMM, TGCM and customer personnel
5. Positive interaction with contracted support along with customers and proactive communication/behaviour with all functions is expected enforcing the Group expectation of operational expertise, commitment and dedication to our customer in daily interaction
6. Key Performance Areas
6.1 Ensure all site activates are operated strict safety guidelines as indicated by LLH or customer
6.2 Create and update SOP for continuously improvement
6.3 Maintain continuous focus on employee welfare with specific emphasis on Health & Safety, Hygiene and Housekeeping
6.4 Lead by example to promote LLH values with particular and calculated focus on Safety to achieve safety performance excellence
6.5 Direct and manage staff with full responsibility for performance, discipline and motivation
6.6 Mentor and coach the operation supervisor/lead in order to ensure full performance potential
6.7 Ensure participation in the onsite customers requirement maintaining partnership ethics and continue to engage and develop relationships
6.8 Maintain regular and non-regular data and report for continuous analyse and improvement
6.9 Onsite equipment and consumable material monitor and control
7. External Contacts
Participates in meetings with customer where required

9. Administration
9.1 Ensures all required reports procedures, work instructions, risk assessments, and method statements are in place, updated and available to personnel
9.2 Monitor to ensures all legislative documentation and any required licences and permits are updated adhered to by team
9.3 Monitor and support to perform annual personal appraisals, create employee development & training schedule and updated all master copy and individual training record
10. Communications between customer
Responsibility for communicating:
Accidents/incidents/improvements plan
Manage chemical, gas and quartz logistics, storage and delivery on site
11. General
11.1 Responsible for the Health, Safety & Welfare of those under his control, attend and organise staff meeting, arrange internal audits and assist with customer audits
11.2 Leads plant emergency situations and investigations into incidents and plant gas or chemical supply problem
11.3 Support Budget planning, analysis, review and ongoing controlling
Required qualifications/experience
1. 3-5 years in semiconductor manufacturing industry
2. 5+ years’ experience in Supply chain planning and operations management, including supervision of line staff
3. Business or Technical Degree
4. Experience with customer relationships and negotiation skills
5. Advance Level in English (Verbal and Written)
6. Excellent leadership with good problem-solving, fast-learner, critical thinker, analytical, strong communication & interpersonal skills
