Job Description 职位描述
1. Responsible for automation, instrumentation and/or electrical of the project, support project managers to complete engineering designs within budget and schedule;
对项目中的电气、自控、仪表专业负责，协助项目经理在项目预算及工期内完成相关工作
2. Produce design basis and specification packages for procurement, fabrication and installation of MCC, DCS and instruments;
为MCC、DCS及仪表的采购、制造、安装编制相关的技术规范文件包
3. Produce standard documentations of instrumentation and control according to SH/HG/IEC standard, such as instruments and valve data sheet; instruments hook up diagram, loop diagram, instruments earth diagram etc if needed;
制作符合石化、化工和国际标准的电仪系统过程文件，如I/O列表、仪表清单、仪表数据表；如项目需要也可能需要制作仪表安装图、仪表系统回路图、仪表系统接地图等设计文件
4. Check and verify electrical / automation / instrument related proposals, drawings and documents from vendors to ensure that design is carried out in accordance with company procedures and requirements;
审查电气、自控、仪表相关供应商提供的报价方案、设计图纸及文件以满足国家规范及公司设计要求
5. Supervise and guide the automation engineers from DCS supplier to make program according to the process requirement of the project;
本项目的组态编程将进行外包，指导并协调自控厂家的工程师按项目工艺需求进行组态编程
6. Participate the FAT and SAT of control system
参与自控厂家的FAT及SAT，进行消缺补漏
7. Provide on-site support for installation, commissioning and start-up;
提供现场安装、调试、开车的技术支持
Requirements 职位要求
1. Education: Bachelors degree or higher in chemical engineering or automation;
学历：本科及以上学历，化工或自动化专业
2. Working Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in process automation and/or instrumentation engineering in the environmental, chemical, or energy related industries;
工作经验：在环保技术、化工或能源相关行业有至少5年以上的自控及仪表设计经验;
3. Teamwork spirit, knowledge sharing, developing others

4. Technical & Professional Knowledge:
技术和专业知识：
- Overall technical understanding of chemical / petrochemical / environmental process;
对化工或石化或环保领域相关的工艺技术有基本的理解力
- Experience of initiate and lead process automation projects from concept to implementation
具有从头到尾完整主导安排项目自控系统设计、组态及调试的经验
- Proficient in DCS or advanced PLC programming such as Emerson, AB, Schneider, Siemens
精通DCS或高端PLC编程，如Emerson, AB, Schneider, Siemens
- Experience of SIS implementation is preferable but not a must
最好具备SIS系统的实施经验，但非必需条件
- Project experience of MCC and VSD selection and implementation
具备MCC及变频器的选型设计及项目实施经验
- Project experience of instrument and control valve selection, procurement and installation
具备仪表及控制阀的选型、采购及安装相关项目经验

codes, standards and practice applicable to the design of control system and
instruments (e.g. API, ISA, ANSI, AGA, ISO, IEC codes etc.);

- Basic English communication capability is a must;
