·　　 Good English communication and writing skills. Individual will be expected to submit technical reports to owner in English.

·　　 Individual has experience with identifying issues with field-installation and communicating the need to rectify to meet quality guidelines

·　　 Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent technical experience with mechanical projects for semiconductor, electronics or pharmaceutical industry

·　　 Knowledge of applicable local codes and standards for mechanical equipment and systems (ANSI, ASME, ASTM, IMC and local China GB mechanical codes).

·　　 Familiarity with applicable mechanical system safety and environmental codes (OSHA CFR, IFC, and local China codes).

·　　 One (1) person on the team must be strong in the Semiconductor Process Systems field

o Knowledge of UHP and HP pipe installation and welding. Individual will be required to detect impurities on welds as he/she will be required to inspect and approve welds.

o GB code requirements for commissioning PVC or SUS pipe use for vacuum system.

o Documentation and testing requirements for 3rd Party Inspection

o GB code and ISO standards for cleanroom certification.

o Strong knowledge of Ultrapure Water/DI Water Systems i.e. RO, UV, Polishers Mixed Beds.

o Installation and commissioning of CDA and Vacuum system, compressors, helical screw pumps, dryers, final filters.

o Rotation, balancing, alignment commissioning of rotating equipment i.e. pumps

o Installation requirements for grooved pipe coupling joining system i.e. torque verification.

o GB code and ASME standards for pipe and fittings.

·　　 Remaining two (2) persons on the team must be strong in the QAQC fields of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection

o GB code and SMACNA standards for ductwork construction i.e. need to be familiar with requirements for reinforcement supports installation for oversized ductwork used in cleanroom space.

o GB code requirements commissioning process for carbon steel pipe used for hydronic systems i.e. flushing and passivation process.

o GB code requirements for installation and commissioning of Fire Sprinkler and Hydrant System. Individual will be expected to recognize when hydrant cabinet installation is not following GB code or similarly when the spacing between sprinkler heads or similar is not per GB code.

o HVAC systems i.e. make-up air, air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, dry-cooling coils, FFU, FCU. Individual will be expected to assist owner in reviewing commissioning documents for this equipment as well as witness testing in the field.

o Documentation and testing requirements for 3rd Party Inspection and Fire Bureau for construction projects.

o GB code and ISO standards for cleanroom certification.

o Rotation, balancing, alignment commissioning of rotating equipment i.e. fans

o GB code and ASME standards for pipe and fittings.
