ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with engineering team for capital project procurements for China project, Korea project, USA projects Prepare the budget for engineer/BD to support to win project
Send request for quotation to qualified suppliers and expedite the quote back within committed days Negotiate contract terms and conditions with local/regional suppliers to ensure optimum price competitiveness and service levels are maintained. Work with engineering team to complete technical bid and commercial bid evaluation
Issue Purchase order on time ensuring accuracy of order placement, method of shipment, and payment terms etc. Work with Global Sourcing Manger to manager the Global Commodity and supplier
Work with GPMM India/Korea for project execution Work on the cost stack study, spend analysis and interaction with finance team, nego the agreement
Other work assigned by department manager
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
over 5 year working experience, engineering project experience is preferred
BS or MS in engineering or related , preferred in Mechanical field
Energetic, passionate, effective and attentive Quick learner , result driven Fluent English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) Be excellent at excel skills Excellent communication skills
