职位描述

岗位职责：
1、Manage, supervise, motivate and direct sales team to achieve sales targets and Marketing objectives; 管理，监督，激励和指导销售团队实现销售目标、市场目标；
2、Build good relationship with customers to make GOC the preferred supplier; 与客户建立良好的关系，使GOC成为他们首选的供应商；
3、Initiate improvements with customers to reduce costs, simplify procedures and improve operation efficiency for both companies; 优化与客户的关系以降低成本，简化程序，以达到双赢的效果；
4、Prepare production plan based on sales forecast and buffer stock for raw material and finished products; 根据原材料和成品的销售预测及库存准备生产计划；
5、Monitor daily actual production vs plan and to coordinate any changes in production output to meet sales requirements; 监督和检测日常实际生产与生产计划，并做协调和改变以满足销售需求；
6、Act with integrity, honesty and fairness. 公平、公开公正地处理事务。
7、Finish other tasks assigned by the superior. 完成上级指派的其他任务。
