Responsibilities:
1, The Project Manager will be responsible for the management of major multidiscipline engineering and project associated with engineering, construction, procurement and related department.
2, The incumbent will be responsible for the management of teams of Discipline Engineers, Construction Engineer, Procurement Engineer, Subcontractors involved in the processes of the project from conceptual design through to detail design, construction procurement and commissioning.
3, Be responsible for the overall project quality, risk control, etc. Execute field construction activities in conformance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, procedures, quality requirements and safety standards.
4, Keep close cooperation with end users, related design institute and partners. Establishment of good working relationship with the project personnel involved in the project.
5, Manage the project according to the project plan with the personnel and procedures specified in that plan.
6, In accordance with the requirements and the related regulations, management the project examination and approval, design, construction, supervision, complete the project completion acceptance.
Requirements:
1, Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Chemical/Environmental or other engineering disciplines.
2, Min.8+ years work experience in project management of Chemical, Petro-Chemical, Light – Industry, Environmental industry, Waste treatment projects.
3, Familiar with international engineering and project management systems.
4, Have experience in Design, Procurement or Construction Management and be familiar with Cost, Quality, and Schedule Control.
5, Have strong previous project management experience on foreign funded projects.
6, Have experience on client interface and project team management experience. Have strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skill, as well as project construction management skill.
7, Fluent speaking and writing in English or French.
8, Design Institute work experience and Site Construction Management work experience is preferred.
