职位描述

Description of Duties:
· Responsible for a good safety, health and environment of instrument work.

· In charge of the YOKOGAWA DCS and Rockwell PLC control system.

· Repair control valve on site.

· Responsible for verifying of instrument equipment (including pressure gauge, meters, analyzers, alerter, etc) regularly

· Responsible for patrolling and recording key facilities of plant daily, to keep their running in a good reliability and availability.

· Responsible for monitoring safe behavior, work load and work quality of subcontractor.

· Apply PR for spare parts of instrument and implement physical check for the spare parts with ware house keeper.

· Follow and update instrument PM.

· Drafting instrument procedure and work instructions and updating.

· Join FMEA and vulnerability study.

· Join RCA for instrument.
