Based on quality procedure, specification, criteria and drawing, perform inspection of products.
Understand quality control requirement and monitor whether realization of process is underway in order.
Put forward suggestion from perspective of quality control when finding quality problem.
根据质量相关程序、规范、标准及设计图，对产品进行检验。
了解质量控制的要求，并监控所有过程是否按要求进行。
当发现质量问题时，从质量控制的角度提出建议。
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE经验和知识要求
Related work experience相关工作经验
More than two years of work experience in quality control in mechanical manufacturing industry.
Working experience in international environment is preferred.
有2年以上在机械制造行业从事质量控制的工作经验。
有外企工作经验者优先。
Formal education or equivalent教育背景
College or at least Special technical school, major in mechanical design/manufacturing or welding technology or metal material science is required. Chemical machinery is preferred.
中专以上学历，要求主修机械设计/制造、焊接技术或材料科学等专业，主修化工机械专业者优先。
Basic skills技能
Understand written English.
Good communication skill.
具备一定英语阅读能力。
良好的沟通能力。

Familiar with local and international metal material Codes/Standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
In-process inspection 过程检验
Understand in-process check points and perform the inspection.
When finding unclear or doubtable issue with product or drawing, inform QC head or engineering or workshop to make it clear.
了解检验的节点，并进行检验。
当发现产品或者图纸中有不明确的地方时，通知班组长、工程部或车间，并澄清。
Final inspection最终检验
Understand requirement for the project and ensure latest document or drawing to be ready for the inspections or test.
On finding of NC, hold the product until the NC has been corrected.
Before signing on case list, have to check that all the NCs related to the case have been closed.
了解项目要求，确保已经准备好用于检验或试验的最新文档或图纸。
一旦发现不符合项，截留该产品直至该不符合项被纠正。
签发箱单前，核查该箱所有相关的不符合项是否已经整改。
Inspection records including photos 包含照片的检验记录
Any inspections have to be recorded. Take photos as per work specs.
Write down records on drawing, packing list or other forms.
Assist to provide recorded information or data for quality failure investigation.
记录所有检验信息，按照工作规程拍摄相关照片。
在图纸、包装清单上，或以其他方式写下检验记录。
协助调查造成质量缺陷的原因，提供已经记录在案的信息或数据。
Issuing NCR and verifying inspection 发布不符合项报告及核实检验。
When finding NC in any process, issue NCR giving a clear description with photos if necessary to the concerned department according to NCR flowchart. Meanwhile, write down the remark on drawing or packing or other forms.
在过程中发现不符合项时，根据NCR的操作流程，向有关部门提交带有详尽描述的不符合项报告，视需要附上照片；并在图纸、包装上或以其他方式做标记。
Collection of records for a project and report to QA engineer in charge 收集对某个项目的记录并报告给主管该项目的QA工程师
Ensure all the NCs closed before crating completion.
Ensure entire documents for a project to be given to QA engineer.
装箱完成前，确保所有不符合项均已整改。
向负责的QA工程师提供该项目的全部文件。
