岗位职责：
Purpose of the position
Responsible for PSO implementation, spare hand for operators
负责PSO现场分析，操作工备员
Principal responsibilities
1、 Do analysis according to PSO requirement and SHEQ policy
根据PSO 要求和SHEQ政策执行现场分析操作，填写分析报告
2、Responsible for dedicated analyzer maintenance, guarantee the instrument being reliable and available 负责所属分析仪的日常维护保养和归口管理，确保分析仪随时完好可用
3、Filling road tankers.负责液体槽车充装
4、Take as spare hand for operators 对现有操作人员形成备员
5、Operate, supervise and maintain ASU, following up local operating POP and SHEQ policy
根据操作规程和SHEQ政策对ASU 进行日常操作、巡检和维护保养
6、Comply with site and processes regulations遵守现场各项制度和工艺运行纪律
7、 Detect production and process disturbances and react according to operation instructions监控工艺运行状态并做及时调整
8、Execute defined preventive maintenance plans完成规定的设备维护保养工作
9、 Register plant field parameters on a regular basis and analysis it记录运行参数并分析
10、 Review functionality of subunits and equipment 监控单元设备的运行状态和功能
11、 Keep the data historian, Plant Production data base (PPd) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems updated及时更新data historian ,PPd 和EAM数据信息
12、Support corrective maintenance activities对现场维修工作给予支持
13、Supervise contractor activities where and when required 监督和指导承包商现场作业
14、Support operational audits支持现场审计

Required key skills (functional/technical)
1、ASU knowledge 熟悉空分工艺

Required qualifications/experience
1、college degree or above ,major on chemical process ,mechanical ,instrument etc 大专以上学历，化工工艺，机械或仪表专业（应届生亦可）
2、ASU operation experience is prefer 有空分运行经验者优先
