1. QMS Documents, optimizing and standardize the business processes, ensure systems (ISO9001/ISO14001/OSHAS18001) are running completely and effectively.
- Create/revise process and related form template based on discussion with process owner
- Document register after release by process owner
- Communicate to the team any change on documents
- Documents annual evaluation regularly together with team
- Training for new employees for QMS-related topics (Quality manual, related process, quality policy, etc.)
2. Improvement audit
- Implement internal system audit, process audit according to the internal audit plan
- Involved in customer audit, certificate audit.etc
- Make the action plan together with team, tracking and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action for all audit.
- Support of the teams when corrective actions / improvement is necessary.
- Check 5S status with the team regularly.
3. Coordinate in Management Review meeting preparation and holding
- Participate in Supplier process/QMS audit when needed
4. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Key Competencies Required/关键技能:
- Bachelor's degree in quality or chemistry or equivalent experience
- More than 3 years' experience in quality management or quality control
- Know well ISO9001/ISO14001/OSHAS18001
- English able to communicate
- Strong power to push system carrying on
