Be the direct correspondent of Production for the Maintenance of the mechanical equipments

Ensure the daily routine and all the mechanical curative works.

Safe maintenance . Health & Environment protection in the plant
? 制定、更新预防性维修计划，督促计划工作的执行。
Prepare the preventive maintenance plan, and update the plan on the practice basis; supervise the implementation of PM work.
? 对故障作快速反应，及时修复。
Analyze and quickly troubleshoot, in order to recover a normal situation in time.
? 依据维护计划去检查，测试，调整系统设备机器。
Inspect, test, and adjust all plant equipment Systems, machinery, and equipment
according to maintenance plan and documentation;
? 制定和修改标准作业程序或作业指导书。
Develop and improve the relevant standard operation procedure or work instruction;
? 作好维护和修理的记录；作好历史记录和工程文档。
Record data and times of inspections, tests, and repairs; maintain right history records and engineering filings; inputting in the CMMS the historic of the Maintenance works
? 定期汇报任务完成情况，为进一步的行动提供信息。
Report task progress and result for further action on regular basis;
? 检查指导生产线和厂区的日常保养。
Inspect and guide routine cleaning and regular maintenance in production lines and plant area;
? 督促管理从事大修、项目或其它维护活动的协作方。控制检修质量。
Inspect and manage the sub-contractors for overhaul, project, or other maintenance service; control the quality of maintenance.
? 支持仓库对零件和设备的收货。
Support warehouse for components and equipment receiving;
? 积极参加工程活动，以改进工厂的生产效率、设备和工艺。
? Actively coorportate with reliability engineer do some engineering activities to improve the plant production efficiency, equipment and process;
? 建立一个好的设备档案。
Make a good equipment document management;
? 负责设备的专业培训。
In charge of professional equipment training;
? 配合维修部电气工程师和仪表工程师的工作；
Support the work of electrical engineer and instruments’ work .
? 完成上级指派的其他任务。

Job requirements:
Education:
大专或以上,化工机械相关专业
Bachelor degree in chemical Machinery or College level for Process Equipment or relative
Experience:
3以上年化工厂的维护经验
Over 3 years experience in chemicals or petrochemical experience for level college, or 6 years for Bachelor degree in chemical Machinery.

Language:
英语阅读能力, 可以用英语交流
English reading skill and can communicate in English
Excellent skills in:
动手能力强能自己动手修理泵、风机等设备。
Solid on hand ，can repair equipment by himself, like pump, ID fan etc.
Average skills in:
计算机能力 Windows, Word, Excel等
Computer Capability: Windows, Word, Excel ETC.
