岗位职责:
Job Summary:
To take project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Support and leads small / medium projects typically working with an experienced project manager. Provide project execution feedback and project status to management timely.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
3. Work with proposal team to develop and finalize project scopes and objectives
4. Coordinate with Function leaders to ensure resource availability and allocation
5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
6. Follow company procedure to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
7. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
8. Report and escalate to management as needed
9. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
12. Reviews project-related documentation to ensure its accuracy.
任职要求:
Education:
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
Skills & Personal Attributes:
1. +5 years more experience as a project administrator / coordinator / manager, and preferable air separation experience.
2. Solid technical background, with understanding regarding Air Separation Unit and Chemical industry engineering
3. Know with basic international project managing system, procedures and work process.
4. Good knowledge of local project execution process
5. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Solid organizational skills PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
