岗位职责：
Under the overall direction and guidance of the Asia GOE Manager of Efficiency, Cost Reduction and Energy, this position’s primary accountabilities include the following:
Provide technical support in the area of Process Engineering to maintain existing ASU&SOS/VPSA plants with high efficiency and reliability by constantly guiding plant operation personnel.
ASUs and SOS plant downtime and availability analysis, opportunity identified and driven for implementation, focus on auto-control system, logic optimization and process optimization.
Compliance with SOPs, SMPS and Technical bulletins, Global alerts.
Build the plant efficiency Monitoring system to sustain stable and high performance for each plant
Develop and maintain plant operation model by system tools( PMA,MPC,RTO) to improve plant efficiency and energy consumption
