Job Summary:

Mainly work at construction job site responsible for the specific project site construction management including mechanical and piping construction QA for SOS project, defined construction work process following up, including safety, quality, schedule, cost and construction contract administration to ensure safe and right construction executed at site.

Key Responsibilities:

1.　　 Manage site contractors during daily construction.

2.　　 Develop man-power plan of field QA engineers and review with manager

3.　　 Construction scope management incl. understanding of each contractual works undertaken by contractors via contract scope.

4.　　 Construction activity scheduling and tracking.

5.　　 Construction communication management.

6.　　 Construction progress reporting preparation.

7.　　 Review and validation of field change request.

8.　　 International travel and working in Asia projects in different countries.

Education:

Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering

Skills & Personal Attributes:

1.　　 7 year experience on mechanical and piping construction & installation, and preferable air separation experience.

2.　　 Know with basic international project construction managing system, procedures and work process.

3.　　 Good technical background on construction and installation, e.g. welding, rigging, mechanical/piping, commissioning, etc.

4.　　 Has worked in projects as mechanical and piping construction/installation engineer or supervisor.

5.　　 Good knowledge of local construction permitting process
