PROFILE FOR SERVICE ENGINEER CHINA
Education
* Bachelor of Mechanical, Electrical or Automatization Engineering or above
* At least five 3 years’ experience in working as Service Engineer for an international supplier for Thermal Processes, Incineration or Heat Transfer technology.
* Basic knowledge in algorithmic language and on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is an advantage
* Knowledge and experience in industrial Burner- technology and control, as well as knowledge in combustion technology is an advantage.
* Must be fluent in Chinese and English language (Written and spoken)
* Excellent computer skills

Job description, tasks and responsibilities
* Awareness to be a key person in customer relation and therefore
responsible to keep and further improve our
relationship and reputation to
customers.
* Independent, safe and proper execution of assigned and instructed Service
Task.
* Respects and follows the instructions given by the ASS Manager
* Keeps closed contact to ASS Manager during the job execution
* Instruct customer personal in correct handling, operation and maintenance of the units
* Informs ASS Manager on observations made or information received at
sites not related to the assigned
Service task.
* Reporting according Bertrams reporting rules.
* Technical Reports are to be issued in bilingual form (Cn/E) with clear
and objective given content.
* Gives support to improve our Technologies and Services by active and positive
suggestions given.
* Issuing of NCR (Non-Conformity Report).
* Assists ASS Manager in customer care activities or trouble shooting cases.
* Accepts other tasks outlined from designated activities and Job description.
* Expected to build multi-level relationships in each customer and develop personal relations to key persons on necessary levels
* Responsible for technical and safe execution of assigned Service
Tasks. .
* Gives full support in the realization of BOOST Service strategy and
achievement of Targets set.
* Promotes indirectly Sales of Spare Parts and ServicesProgrammiersprache
* Provide clean and clear reports
* Provide assistance to establish short and mid-term Service planning.
* Set up of service process and Engineer hand book.
