岗位职责：
• Support the development of the overall field operations and maintenance philosophy.
•
Development, in coordination with IT/vendors/Operations, of the
Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) functional
requirements, workflows and key data sets.
• Oversee the collection
& upload of all spares and maintenance information for all equipment
supplied through the LLI and EPC contractors.
• Development of the maintenance planning strategies and tools (in conjunction with SCP planning & Operations functions)
• Responsibility for the development and implementation of the maintenance strategy and required maintenance routines
• Development of plant maintenance documentation, procedures and planning tools.
• Support the development of detailed emergency response plans, systems and procedures.
•
Development of the detailed competency requirements for all of the
Maintenance personnel roles. Support for development of training
requirements, material and planning.
• Recruitment (technical
screening/selection) of Leads, Maintenance Technicians and maintenance
support roles. (construction, general services, civils crews)
• Training, assessment and verification of competency of personnel ahead of operations start-up.
• Maintenance interface to the EPC/SF build commissioning and start-up team.
• Development of materials management & stores requirements for operations equipment and consumables.
• Responsible & accountable for all aspects of the surface facilities maintenance personnel, plant and resources and assigned common support functions/personnel.
• Responsible for the organizational development and candidate selection of key Maintenance supervisors and team.
• Ensuring groups are working together.
• Monitoring operational effectiveness.
任职要求 Requirement：
15+ years of oil and gas technical experience.
Direct management experience (client or contractor based) in leading facilities maintenance team (Onshore)
Experienced in the management and supervision of onshore oil and gas production facilities.
Excellent (or native) Mandarin speaker with strong preference for reasonable/good levels of English
