Role:
Visiting customers for technical support
Monitoring customer satisfaction and contributing to the quality management system
Managing samples, equipment, and tests in application laboratory.
Profile:
Degree in Printing or Chemistry
A few years’ working experience in the printing industry specialized in technical support to printing processes at laboratory and industrial levels, including but not restricted to offset, letterpress, gravure, silkscreen, inkjet etc.
Broad knowledge and good understanding of ink quality control.
Illustrator and Photoshop, and MS office skill
Hardworking employee and team player, able to take initiative and to work independently.
Excellent English skill
