职位描述

岗位职责：
BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.

What you can expect

 To be responsible for daily maintenance and overhaul of rotating equipment in BASF Zhanjiang site.
负责巴斯夫湛江基地转动设备的日常维护及检修工作；
 Cooperate with relevant discipline technicians to ensure the reliability and stability of rotating equipment in Zhanjiang site.
与相关专业技术人员合作确保巴斯夫湛江基地转动设备的可靠性和稳定性；
 Coach new employees, cooperate with manager to improve team service skills.
培训新员工，并配合经理提高团队的服务能力。

任职要求：
What We expect

 Technical school degree or above with major in mechanical & related discipline.
机械相关专业; 技校及以上学历;
 Above 8 years’ experience in the chemical plant and at least 5 years working in chemical plant rotating maintenance.
8年以上化工企业工作经历，5年及以上化工装置转动设备维修经验;
 Have experience in routine maintenance and turnaround maintenance. Familiar with maintenance work process & rotating equipment sequence in chemical plant.
具有常规检修和大检修经验，熟悉化工装置维修流程及转动设备维修步序;
 Familiar with SAP system.
熟悉SAP系统;
 Familiar with the performance, structure and principle of rotating equipment in petrochemical plant.
熟悉石化转动设备的性能、结构及原理;
 Have good communication and collaboration skills.
具有良好的沟通和协调能力。
