GENERAL MISSION岗位职责：
-Supervise the production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
-管理生产线的操作，使之符合工厂的政策和程序。
-Smoothly ensure the production operation of the powder lines.
-保证整个车间的正常生产。
-Provide leadership and management of the powder production team.
-管理好自己在班时的生产团队。
-Ensure the safety in the workshops.
-确保在岗时每个工人的安全。
-Arrange the start up and stop of the production according to the production planning.
-根据生产计划安排生产的启动和停止.
-give advice for catalysis conditions and drying conditions according result from laboratory.
-根据实验室结果给出催化条件和干燥条件的建议
POSITION REQUIRMENT 任职资格：
- education：chemical fields
- 化工相关专业
- experience：at least 2 years supervisor experiences
- 2年及以上主管工作经验
- communication very well；strong responsibilities；strong management skills
-沟通能力强；工作责任心强；管理水平良好
