1. Fully understand and implement operation procedure, HSE regulations and quality control procedure with respect to defined operation jobs of unit in process.完全理解和执行与指定工艺单元操作任务相关的操作规程，环境、健康和安全规程以及质量控制规程。
2.Ensure that the production unit is running smooth and safe following up operation procedure and HSE regulations.严格遵照操作规程、健康和安全规程，确保生产线指定单元的平稳和安全运行。
3. Monitors the running units closely and takes actions against any turbulence and failures happening in process promptly.密切监视生产单元的运行，迅速采取对策以消除任何工艺波动和故障。
4.Closely supports and communicates with downstream and upstream units of production line according to the instructions from shift supervisor and the status of process.根据工艺状态和班长指令，密切与上下游生产单元进行合作沟通和进行支持。
5.Keeps good house keeping in each production unit and handle with all waste material in accordance with HSE regulations strictly.维持每一个生产单元的清洁和卫生，严格遵照环境、健康和安全规程处理废弃物。
6. Makes clear and comprehensive handover to next shift team. 与接班班组作全面和清楚的交接。
任职要求：
1.工作经验：在化工装置从事生产操作1年以上，具备基本化工单元操作技能。熟悉化工安全生产相关知识；
2. 学历：大专及以上；
专业：高分子及化工相关优先；
应届毕业生要求必须是本科学历；
3. 年龄：45岁以下；
4. 有团队精神，责任心强，能适应倒班工作。
