To keep equipment reliable and running normally in case of unplanned downtime. 为了维护生产设备正常运行，杜绝非计划停机，做好预防性维护。
Responsibilities 职责
Prepare preventive maintenance plan and set related management system. 预防性维保体系的搭建及计划执行。
Set up equipment maintenance files. 建立设备运行和维修档案。
Conduct regular inspection and on-point check of equipment. 生产设备的特种巡检、点检。
Engage in important technical improvement plan. 重大技改方案的参与及制定。
Monitor and control maintenance expense.设备维修费用管控。
Plan and apply the procurement of equipment spare parts.设备备品、备件的申购。
Requirements 任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanics or related field. 本科（含本科）以上学历，机械类相关专业。
5+ years maintenance experience with certain management experience.5年以上设备维护及管理工作经验。
Have the experience of preventive maintenance and be familiar with preventive maintenance methodology and system.熟悉PM设备体系及实践。
